Today I have let a blogger pal loose on my site – Anika Birchall, who writes a lovely kids fashion and interiors blog Homework. She’s going to let you know about one of 2016’s hottest launches for kids – The Animals Observatory by Bobo Choses former creative director, Laia Aguilar and Jan Andreu. And let me tell you early doors, I’m quite obsessed….
Unless you’ve been living under a stone – you’d know that fake fur is big this winter. Really, really BIG. So much so, that furry animals around the world are breathing a collective sigh of relief. And so can we, because this trend has crossed the divide and is big for those that are little too.
Finally our shrimps can get the real Shrimps look! Here are my top 10 fake fur picks for kids. Let’s go!
Today we are starting a new series called Mummy and Me and Daddy and Me. This is about spotting a super cool piece for mummy or daddy and a mini me look for boy or girl.
Not that I personally advocate the matchy matchy mummy and child or daddy and child look – it actually makes me a little bit sick in my mouth. Having said that – there is no reason as to why you couldn’t have a similar look and wear them at different times. So today – as next week it’s Mothers Day – we will do Mummy and Me. So – let us begin with this slick lip Saint Laurent shirt from Matches.
Darlings, in case you have baby brain-drain we’re in the middle of a series of pieces I have written for Gurgle Magazine about Kids Style Tribes.
The articles centre around a different celebrity kid and their personal world of style. And I’m loving it – even if I say so myself – which of course I will – I have no filter remember?
So we move on from the Pint Sized Preppies to Diddy Dudes. Check it…
Obviously – being SUCH a dude myself…this style tribe is right up my street. Is it up yours? Stay tuned for the next two style tribes coming your way next week!
