Kids Halloween Treats – Oreo Mummies

One of my favorite things to tell people is ‘did you know that Oreos are vegan!?’ I am old enough to know that vegan does not immediately equal healthy but… somehow it does make me feel better after nibbling my way through half a pack while reading a magazine. Almost like they are just fruit, or better, a vegetable. But I digress. Where was I? Hmmmm, vegan, no animals, blood – OH YES – Halloween!

By using these vegan yums we have created some hardcore Halloween delights just for you. Lookey here at our Oreo Mummies.

Exclusive Annabel Karmel Video Interview Part 1

So, the incredible woman that I have video interviewed for you today, needs no introduction to you whatsoever if you are a mother.

And hopefully, if you are lucky, get them to eat and try a wide variety of home cooked, easy to prepare meals. Annabel Karmel MBE.

Annabel is a mother to 3 grown up children who very sadly list her first child Natasha when she was only 3 months old. Her son Nicholas was born within a year of this tragic loss and was a very fussy eater. And as a mother who had lost a child – you can imagine how stressful that must have been for her. Annabel started making up recipes in a hope to get her son eating, which worked, and so she shared them with the mothers of her Baby and Toddler Group. And the rest is history. Well, kind of.

Daylesford Mini Meals

I love to see my kids eat. Maybe it’s because they were such teeny tiny little non-eating buggers as babies. Maybe because I love my food. But either way – it gives me pleasure to see them eat.

However – as we all know – life is busy and who has the time to produce healthy, yummy, organic meals for them. OK smuggies. I don’t. So I was rather happy to see that Daylesford premier-pharmacy.com/product-category/cancer/ Organic have launched a brand new range of kids meals.

Daylesford Organic Kids Meals New Launch Ocado

All home-made (ish – well made by hand anyway!), each with at least one portion of veg inside and with no added sugar. Plus – each pack comes with a mask for kids to wear. Personally I’m not sure they will want to see what they are eating – but that’s just me.

Available now for £3.29 at Ocado and Daylesford Organic.
